Looking southwest toward the storm that produced the devastating tornado in Joplin a week ago last Sunday. We had just managed to get home from Joplin, I saw this sky and took a few photos. We were very lucky. When the tornado hit we had been huddled together in a restaurant rest room five blocks from the main path of the tornado's destruction. We watched in disbelief the next day as video and still pictures showed the damage. Keep those folks in Joplin in your hearts and prayers this week.
