I was born in Salina, but left the state when I was 14--many years ago. yet your photos awaken a certain nostalgia in me...

SKY LOVE

Sky above, sky aglow,
Sky of rain and sky of snow;
Sky of hail, sky of sleet,
Sky cavorting o’er the street;
Sky of black, sky of blue,
In all seasons I love you!

I do love all of your captures for the day, Larry, wonderful skies and clouds! Like the others, I do love the barn shot -- great composition indeed! Thanks for your visit/comment! Always appreciated! Hope you have a great weekend!

Love the barn with the rainbow behind it ... maybe because there's not so many traditional looking barns downunder in OZ!

But we DO have rainbows ...

Kansas is known for the stormy weather. You proved today that is not always the case. Loved all your sights.

Beautiful. That one barn seems to be a bit solemn!
