Oscar

Oscar Crawford County

Oscar came to us via our oldest daughter recently, she had spotted him at the local humane society and decided she would give him the good try. He seemed a project, he must have had a rough life hes deathly afraid of people. He hides and peeks out and cowers, he wasn't leash trained and barely house trained, but not a growl or even a mean snap. My wife and I suggested he stay a while in the country with us. Charley the gregarious overweight beagle took to him immediately, and he seemed to like Charley too. Sophocles and Tippy the cats seemed OK with him, they cautiously kept their distance for a while. After a week we had him at least wagging his tail and he now will come up to us but keeps a cautious distance. Well I guess hes our for good because he seems happy here, my daughter was OK with that. We gave him a last name that fits his quirks, Oleary.
