The other morning I took a walk up to the back pasture to watch the sun rise. This past week the mornings have been cooler than usual for July.

As I hiked through the wet grass the wind picked up as the air began to heat up a bit to the east. The birds had already been singing for a while, the sun rose and I watched and listened.

The hike back provided some stops for a few photos in the early light.

The first photo almost looks like there's a fireball that fell to the horizon! Beautiful flowers as well... I wish I could smell the honeysuckle in your third photo~
All the Best, Maria

You got some wonderful pictures on your early morning walk. The sky pictures are gorgeous, but so are the photos of the blossoms you captured.
Beautiful and colorful flowers !! Thanks for sharing..Unseen Rajasthan
Everything looks like it is growing pretty good. I guess you got enough rain and just the right amount of sunshine.
